The variety of materials and the design of surfaces for resilient floors have increased enormously over the last years and are getting quite popular. Besides the variety, design floors have many technical advantages: the floors are extremely tough, have a long durability and are easy to clean. Customers and professional floor layers expect the same variety for the skirting boards as finish in order to achieve a perfect result in connection with the expressive design floors. Küberit, under managing director Frank Sondermann, well known for years as leading developer and manufacturer of aluminium profiles for floor coverings, has introduced a special skirting board “Decolino” for design floors which is applicable from both sides.

Due to the patented skirting board “Decolino” Küberit has a product with unique characteristics. The base board is 60 mm high and 15 mm wide, will be delivered undrilled and is applicable from both sides. With the variation to insert a resilient floor, the craftsmen can offer the adjustment to the floors as additional use. If the metal optic is preferred, it is possible to turn the skirting board by 180° and to assemble it afterwards. The pieces for connection, ending, interior and exterior corners can be used for both installation possibilities. The skirting board is fastened with a high quality adhesive tape offered by Küberit. The new skirting board “Decolino” including accessories is already available in the colors aluminium silver anodized and aluminium stainless steel anodized fine grinded.
